Meet Head-Teacher and Academy-Lead Lucyana Lightheart
My journey started about 15 years ago, with 23, when my then-fiancé dropped a bombshell into my lap by saying:
"If you stay the way you are, I won´t be able to marry you."
I stormed out of our apartment, screaming "You never loved me!!!" ... and that was the end of that relationship... Full on Drama Queen Mode... And his point proven... To my disgrace...
But when I calmed down enough a couple weeks later a nagging thought started to creep in - slowly but persistently:
"Would I actually marry myself?!"
"Hell no!" the answer came instantly - followed by the shocking realization "But I AM married to myself... I have to be with myself 24/7...!!!
This realization marked the start of my own healing journey and - unknowingly then - laid the groundwork of developing The Intimately Connected Method.
I mainly grew into the stable, loving and liberated being I am now through years and years of working with my
INNER PARTS (like the inner child, the inner critic, etc.), NERVOUS SYSTEM STABILIZATION and deeply and safely exploring and re-establishing a positive relationship to myself, my body and my sexuality through
TANTRIC SPIRITUALITY & EMBODIMENT WORK.
And that´s exactly why I blended those 3 core modalities into something very rarely found on this planet so far.
Because most people working with male/female empowerment, love, sex and relationships either still only rely on talk therapy or just give you the tools but don´t work with the deeper layers of the psyche that need to be addressed so you feel safe and empowered enough to actually fully embrace the tools and go all the way with them.
And most people are not trained in trauma awareness and nervous system interventions - which unfortunately often leads to doing more harm than good.
